When you change the amp source you lose quality in the audio? Also when you use Bluetooth audio usually you lose some quality vs aux cord, can you confirm if it’s the case on this product?

Just installed in my 2008 lexus rx 350 and have to say this is the most disappointing thing I have done to a car I owned, in process of returning and going full aftermarket. Bluetooth is choppy af most of the time, will only be fixed by restarting the car which isn’t convenient for a $160 product thats only going to do one thing which is play music from phone via bluetooth. The team wasn’t helpful trying to make me happy yet quick to respond in a way that shows they don’t want to take any accountability for their shity product which has cheaper alternatives online. If you have to go that route id get the $70 version off ebay or amazon since its literally same rebranded Chinese garbage.

What he doesn't say is that if your radio has XM or rear DVD player the Y-Cable is needed but not included. And after purchase and viewing the parts it unclear which hole to still the mic cable in. It auto answers call too that I do not like. The product works but lack of instructions on if you have the radio with 6 CD changer and DVD player. The radio does have different buttons.
